Diagnostics and support

Open Settings → Diagnostics to inspect runtime health and recent issues. Diagnostic history stays on your Mac and is never uploaded automatically.

What diagnostics include

• app and bundled-runtime lifecycle events;
• event-stream connection state;
• sanitized warnings and failures;
• whether the previous app session ended cleanly;
• correlation identifiers that help connect related failures.

What diagnostics exclude

• prompts and assistant messages;
• file and terminal contents;
• project paths;
• provider credentials and license secrets.

Export a report

1. Review Recent issues.
2. Select Export diagnostic report.
3. Choose a private save location.
4. Inspect the JSON file before sharing it.
5. Email it to support@opencodesuper.app with the app version, macOS version, and steps that reproduce the issue.

You can change local retention to 1, 7, or 30 days, reveal the diagnostic directory, or clear all app-owned diagnostic history immediately.
