Diagnostics and support

Open Settings → Diagnostics to inspect runtime health and recent issues. Diagnostic history stays on your computer and is never uploaded automatically.

What diagnostics include

• app and bundled-runtime lifecycle events;
• event-stream connection state;
• sanitized warnings and failures;
• whether the previous app session ended cleanly;
• correlation identifiers that help connect related failures.

What diagnostics exclude

• prompts and assistant messages;
• file and terminal contents;
• project paths;
• provider credentials and license secrets.

Export a report

1. Review Recent issues.
2. Select Export diagnostic report.
3. Choose a private save location.
4. Inspect the JSON file before sharing it.
5. Email it to support@opencodesuper.app with the app version, operating-system version, and steps that reproduce the issue.

You can change local retention to 1, 7, or 30 days, reveal the diagnostic directory, or clear all app-owned diagnostic history immediately.
